At Shapedly, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your fit isn't perfect, we offer a seamless 30-day return and exchange window for all unworn items. Simply ensure tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
